Meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic
TAJIKISTAN, April 8 - On April 8, in the building of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, received the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic.
During the meeting, a wide range of issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Serbia was discussed.
The President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, stressed that we are in favor of further expanding bilateral cooperation in all mutually beneficial areas and strengthening the legal framework for relations between the two countries.
The parties paid attention to the issues of strengthening inter-parliamentary ties, expanding cooperation in the areas of trade and the economy, investment, energy, as well as tourism and agriculture technologies.
At the same time, the establishment of cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian spheres, including in the field of education and science, was considered as a promising direction in relations between Tajikistan and Serbia.
During the meeting, the parties also held a constructive conversation on other issues of mutual interest.
